Wheatgrass and green juice can really help with physical exercise.

Get Up

John’s day starts at 7am with a 300ml Green Juice made from Celery, Cucumber, Spinach, Kale, Lemon and Ginger. Breakfast is followed at 7.30 with a bowl of Organic Muesli with a mixture of Organic spelt puffs and 4 types of organic Omega 3 seeds and some rice milk.

Swimming Time

Then its off to the pool 5 days a week for his daily 1.25 km swim followed by stretching exercise’s and straight to work for 9.30 am. At 10.30 he takes a double shot of juiced wheatgrass with the Greenvalu juicer and tries to take the same again in the afternoon. Wheat grass juice helps your body to build red blood cells, which carry oxygen to every cell. By increasing the oxygenation in your body you can increase your endurance during physical exercise and increase your energy levels.

John’s energy levels have really increased and he puts this down to wheatgrass and green juicing in conjunction with a balanced diet allowing him to train hard every day.
