Ever tried baked Marrow. Marrow are low in calories with no fat or cholesterol also high in dietary fibre vitamin A & C with iron and calcium. Recipe : Fry off some Onion, Garlic, Green beans and organic tomatoes on the pan for about 10 minutes. Scoop out the seeds of the marrow and pour contents above into the marrow. Bake in the over for 35 minutes. Put some Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes. Serve with some dill on Top Enjoy!
