1 x large handful of spinach
3 x stalks of celery
1/2 x cucumber
1 x blood orange
1 x small piece of ginger

Blood Oranges contain vitamin C in more concentrated amounts than regular oranges.Typically they provide between 150-200 milligrams of vitamin C per cup of juice. The amount of vitamin C in a cup of juice from “regular” oranges is typically between 75-125 milligrams.
