A great healthy way to eat Alflafa and Broccoli Sprouts with high Protein gluten free Quinoa:

Start with 1 small cup of dried quinoa. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain. Put the rinsed quinoa into a pot and add cold water. The quinoa to water ratio is 1:2.Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add grated carrots, broccoli florets, peas, green beans, add lightly roasted pumkin seeds, pinenuts, cashew & almonds. Then add plenty of Alfalfa and Broccoli Sprouts. You can pick a sauce of your choice and mix well. Good ones are Moroccan sauce, Happy Pear sauce or Garlic and Chilli sauce.
